DESCRIPTION: ACHIEVEMENT
Illustration of the concept of achievement, for a music CD cover. The client eventually put it on a T-shirt too.
This is airbrushed in Adobe Photoshop using vectors from an Adobe Illustrator trace from a scanned pencil drawing. Even though the final product is vivid, I rather like the original pencil drawings because they capture the strokes directly from my hand and seem to contain a stronger character than the relatively tame final product. Unfortunately I cannot find the original pencil and pen sketches anywhere...
