TG Publishing has been covering the annual Computex trade show since 1996. The show coverage is usually very thorough and fascinating, with lots of interviews, technical detail and meticulous product reviews. This year TGP set up a new trade show booth with their new logo and I was asked to develop a series of posters to metric specifications. Three of them were 60 cm by 90 cm high (about 2 feet by 3 feet) and the large main sign was 165 cm by 125 cm high (about 5 feet by 4 feet).
With almost no direction or assistance I came up with these three posters. For the content I gleaned previous data the company had published and assembled content from other projects I has worked on, like the Hardware Charts.
Since these are posters, everything has to be very high-resolution and corrected for CMYK printing.
Some of these photos were taken before the show began, while the booth was being setup.
I didn't take these photos or I might have composed them better, but here are how the posters are positioned within the context of the booth layout.
