Registration
Advance registration is required. Classes fill quickly, so it is recommended that classes be booked at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Learnsoft reserves the right to cancel low enrollment classes.
Prerequisites
In order to continue to provide the most efficient software training, please be sure the prerequisites have been fulfilled. To ensure correct level placement, contact your Learnsoft representative and request a detailed course outline.
Confirmation
Learnsoft will contact you by phone five days prior to your scheduled class to confirm your attendance.
The Learnsoft Guarantee
Learnsoft guarantees complete satisfaction with any course. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a course taken at Learnsoft, you may retake the same course on a space available basis within 90 days of the original course date.
Rescheduling
- Classes may be rescheduled on a space available basis up to 3 working days prior to the class with no penalty.
- Reschedules with less than three working days notice will result in a 50% reschedule fee.
- Reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% reschedule fee.
- Students may reschedule a limited number of times, there after a 100% rescheduling fee will be charged.
Cancellation
- Classes may be canceled 5 working days prior to the class date to receive 100% credit.
- Cancellations less than 5 working days will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
